OBJECTIVE

Building and maintaining company morale is a vital component in retaining a vibrant and innovative work force, especially when your facilities are spread across the country. This was the challenge facing CGC – how to create an engaging, fun and rewarding employee program.

SOLUTION

Working with CGC, Mindshape developed the CGC Ultimate Hockey Challenge. This dynamic online hockey game allowed CGC employees to create their own “dream team” and win amazing prizes throughout the post season playoff. Designed as a turn-key promotion, Mindshape managed all development, playoff updates, reporting and prizing.
